you can really tell it's autumn in england now. the wind is really strong and it's raining. no use in umbrellas; they will only keep your face dry anyway, if they dont break because of the wind ofc. i went to eastbourne today with sam and mmmiles. the only purchase was food at mcdonalds, a hot chocolate with marshmallows which miles bought, and two teak wooden ear plugs for alexandra which i bought (no shit). this took about 3 hours to do. wtf. haha. but i found something i'm definitely going back to buy as a christmas present for myself. a "sound asleep pillow. no need for headphones!"
imagine, with that pillow and the sleep mask, not even the horrible seagulls can wake me up any more.
tomorrow james and miles are going to london to august burns red and a day to remember ♥ (and bring me the horizon but who cares about them). i am jealous out of my mind. especially since i had the chance to go, but wasn't allowed because it's in london. du-uh? but i shouldn't complain; i'm going to never say die tour in brigthon on friday! with bands such as architects, the ghost inside, despised icon and oceana. +++ can't wait!
rest of the evening was spent at james' watching a film, before freaking out over the taxi not showing up, picturing myself being killed by my host parents and preparing a speech on how me missing my bus was the taxi driver's fault and he would have to drive me to willingdon for free. (he showed up eventually and i did catch my bus. so it worked out fine.)
i will use this opportunity to congratulate jenny. you brave woman! i'm so proud of you! you get an A star from me. ♥
